All our apartments are available for short or... long-term leases, with a minimum requirement of 1 month for our short term lease properties and with priority to longer lease tenants. They can be rented either on a room basis or in their entirety depending on availability. Refer to the pricing details below:

All apartments are furnished (see list below), have a shared laundry room in the basement, wifi, and include all utilities (heat, electric, water, trash, and wifi) up to $250/month!

Furnished: mattress and bedframe;  desk, chair desk lamp; dining table, dinning stools, sofa, living room chair, coffee table;  drawer/wardrobe; basic cookware and silverware;

Apartment tours are conducted on rolling basis starting 3/30/26. They will be organized by partnered realtors or CFSI staff. To arrange an apartment tour please fill out our application first. Once reviewed, we will reach out to schedule an apartment tour!
