I am subletting my room for the summer. You would be sharing a living space with two other roommates, and a cat. My room would include a queen-sized bed, shelving for storage, a closet, and a desk. The room also has AC, and a ceiling fan. We... converted the living room into a studio space perfect for practicing artists. There are two porches, one connected to the kitchen, and a private one on the roof. There are laundry units located in our neighbor's basement. The apartment is located near a main street filled with restaurants and grocery stores (10-minute walk from Stop & Shop, 4-minute walk from Whole Foods). We are also a 10-minute walk from the Green Line and the Orange Line. A 30-minute walk or 10 minute bus ride to Massart or Wentworth. We are queer-friendly, exchange student-friendly, smoking-friendly, and pet-friendly.
