Nice place to live in and neighborhood. On the positive friendly managment and good maintenance crew. On the need to improve: lease contract is on sided. If management has a problem asap if you want to inquire about your side of the contract they play the clock jntil you give up. I wish it didn't smell like weed

Beautiful building with great location and gorgeous views. Apartments are very loud between the train and the AV the everyday in-apt volume is high. The fitness center is amazing, we use it every day but requests for additional low cost equipment (foam roller, BOSU, etc) go unanswered. The front desk staff is very helpful and nice.

One65 Main is such a great community to live in! Between the residents and the leasing office, they are amazing and very welcoming! We’re very happy to have lived here for 3 years!

Very conveniently located and nice amenities. Phases of delayed package management or sometimes system seems to not update with notifications to resident
