9/11/15

Building was new construction in Fall 2014; and has been well maintained since then. Nice appliances (eg quiet dishwasher, high-efficiency washer/dryer...). Some first floor apts have 1.5x height ceilings; seems extra spacious. Great location, too, 2 min walk from T; 20 min to Boston's Downtown Crossing.
