Room for Rent inear Stony Brook T Station
The room for rent is a large furnished room with a closet. The house has a big kitchen, dining room, living room, piano, and garden. The bathroom and kitchen are shared. (The bathroom adjacent to the room for rent is rarely used by the family.)... Utilities, washer & dryer, and cleaning services are included. Our home is a three-minute walk to the Stony Brook T station, a 10-15 minute bike ride to Northeastern, a 20-minute walk to downtown Jamaica Plain, and just up the street from Franklin Park.
You would be joining our household: our family (husband, wife, two boys--one at home and one off at college); our dogs Tony and Gloria; and our cat Maple. Another housemate--an NEC student--lives at the house as well. I am a Northeastern Law grad who works from a home office. My wife is an art teacher and a practicing artist. We're looking for someone who's comfortable sharing living space with our family.
