I’ve been a resident here for quite some time, and I can confidently say that the new management has made a world of difference. In the past, communication was inconsistent, and issues often took far too long to be resolved. However, since the new team has taken over, there has been a noticeable shift in efficiency, professionalism, and overall care for the community.
Maintenance requests are handled much faster, and management is much more responsive and proactive in addressing resident... concerns. More importantly, there is now a true sense of community—something that was missing before. Whether it’s through better resident engagement, improved amenities, or just a more welcoming atmosphere, it finally feels like home.
I truly appreciate the positive changes and look forward to seeing this place continue to thrive under the new management. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a well-managed and comfortable place to live! Special thanks to Chris and Brian!

I love living at Velo! It’s a lovely community and everyone is so nice, especially Tim and Chris. Chris helped to get me moved in and settled and Tim has continuously helped me with all my questions & requests, received with professionalism & a smile! Great area and amenities. The 24 hour gym and recreation is a huge plus. The leasing office is very helpful and and the connivence of the subway right across the street is very nice. There are many cool trails to walk on near the building
