Westland Avenue near Symphony Hall, Available Now

*** UNBEATABLE LOCATION in Fenway-Kenmore, vibrant neighborhood with fine art, dining, sports, and public transportation ***

Roommate wanted to share an apartment near Symphony Hall and enjoy a spare bedroom available in a four bedroom apartment....

About your future apartment: The large common space includes the living room, kitchen, and bathroom, and the workout area with weights and exercise equipment is an amenity space. The common spaces are professionally cleaned every two weeks. In the kitchen, you are free to use kitchen dinnerware and flatware and there is a dishwasher. You will have a key to the laundry room. The household vibe is generally quiet and respectful of people’s privacy and space. I do sometimes practice piano, but not before 10:00 AM or after 10:00 PM. Cable, internet, and water included.

About your room: The room is available furnished with a bed, futon sofa, dresser, desk and chair. There is a window, a fairly spacious closet, and carpeting.

Location: You will be walking distance from a beautiful park with a track, rose garden, community garden, ponds, and streams, the Charles River, unique restaurants, attractions, activities, and nightlife, and you will have easy access to a number of public transportation options including the green line at Symphony T station, the orange line at Mass Ave station, and the #1 bus near our corner. You will be steps away from Whole Foods, CVS, and Cafe Nero, and very close to Northeastern University, Simmons, Emmanuel, Wheelock, Berklee, Boston Conservatory, and New England Conservatory.

About us: I am a composer, producer, multi-instrumentalist, athlete, working at neighboring Institutions and my own studio (in a different location). The other two roommates are NEU students.

Expectations: All roommates pay an additional cost for electricity and the bill is split equally among the four roommates. No pets allowed and no smoking. Please help keep the kitchen clean and easy to use by washing dishes, placing dishwasher safe dishes in the dishwasher and starting a load when full.

Rent: The room is move-in ready on Saturday, November 1. It is rented on a month-to-month basis and rent is $1260. Security is one month rent plus $225, which will be returned to you after you move out in a responsible fashion. In sum, the total amount required to move in is $2,745. When you are ready to move and we find the new roommate who will replace you, $1,485 will be returned to you.

Schedule a visit: If you think that you’d be a wonderful fit for our home, please e-mail me and we can schedule a time for you to see the apartment. Peace, love, and blessings to all...
