I’ve been here for two years construction the two years I have written one condo went up and every morning all I hear is the sound of construction literally starting at 4 AM when they dump a dump Been and the construction starts at 7 AM on the dot it’s frustrating to see that especially when it looks into my apartment so both. And it’s blocking my view of the water

I have been here a few years now…cannot wait to come home at night, because it is my home….so many have come and gone, goes with the territory…just hope the standards of The Smith do not disappear as I have witnessed at other apartment buildings…Maintenance (Moe) has been superb…Concierge has had a changeover, but I feel there are a few new ones who are coming around…Spring upon us…let’s get ready for a refresh please and thank you! ??
